Training for the Hannover Marathon
Whether it's a 10 km, half marathon or marathon - a targeted training plan helps you to get the best out of yourself. That's where TRAIT comes in. The Hannover Marathon (including the shorter distances) takes place in almost exactly 13 weeks, so now is the perfect time to start training if you want to run the full distance.
